I am really into hacking the mind to achieve optimal performance in whatever you do. I have stumbles across some amazing tools that help you achieve the focus you need to get the results you want and will be presenting all of these on this blog.
The first one I found was a game believe it or not which puts you in a state of achievement and relaxation there is some interesting science to back up the research below is a little bit about how it works and a link to the game itself have a play around and tell me what you think.
FlOw is a game about piloting an aquatic organism through a surreal biosphere where players consume other organisms, evolve, and advance their organisms to the abyss.
As part of Jenova Chen’s thesis research, flOw inherits an embedded design of active DDA (dynamic difficulty adjustment), players with differing skill levels can intuitively customize their experiences in the zone and enjoy the game at their own pace. “Addicting” is the most common word its fans use to describe it.
